Finding appointments for a larger group of people always is tedious and takes a long time. A Swiss friend introduced me to the perfect online tool for making appointments: Doodle is a Swiss quality product ;-) and enables a group to agree on possible dates quickly: One person creates a poll with dates and sends the link to all other participants via e-mail. The others click on the dates they're free on. Finished. I've been using Doodle for more than a year for my music-related appointments and find it an ingenious that deserves to be more well-known. Plus, it's free!
