two parcels I am waiting for seem to enjoy a nice little vacation with you right now.
On January 5th, I placed orders in two different online shops that were shipped with DHL.
On the 9th, DHL tried to deliver the parcels - but I was not at home. So on the 13th, I tried to get the parcels at the local post office. Unfortunately, the friendly woman at the post office could not find my parcels and was unable to tell me where they could be (I left my phone number, but wasn't called back).
Fortunately, the companies I ordered from gave me the tracking numbers. One is stated in the subject of this message, the other one is (...). A quick glance at your tracking website exposed the full scale of the problem.
It seems that the parcels were taken from the post office because a second delivery was planned, but wasn't done. The current status I'm seeing is
14.01.09 17:53 Delivery on next possible working day - Storage at local delivery hub due to vacation or bank holidy.
I would be the last person to deny my parcels a little vacation, but today is January 16th. It would be rather nice to finally be able to receive the parcels.
I am looking forward to your constructive ideas about how the parcels might find their way from Köngen to my house.

PS. Please excuse the tone of my letter. If this would have been the first problem I'm having with DHL parcels, I would have reacted differently.
wow... also bei mir dauert es meist auch immer lange, bis die dhl packete ankommen, aber meine trackingbeschreibungen sind leider meist immer nur "die sendung wurde im registriert." und das wars meistens, vielleicht noch mal wenns gut kommt irgendwann ne meldung, das sie jetzt im zustellzentrum sei. sonst nix... manchmal kommen die meldungen auch imemr erst nachdem mein packet schon längst da is, oder ich es von der post geholt hab...
