Almost like being on holidy: I spent a weekend in a lovely little resort to play for a choir musical. Five choirs (young and old), a very dedicated choir director, single room and nice colleagues left nothing to desire.

Since it was mostly pop stuff, I travelled with my six string and the fretless. Suprisingly enough, I actually had the opportunity to put my new (used) Bass Micro Synth to use for a live gig for the first time. I wouldn't have thought that I'll use that one for a concert any time soon...

And another premiere: I finally remembered to bring my little Mighty Bright instead of the clunky music stand light I normally use. For most of the time, it was bright enough (and I liked the white colour). But for three pages at one time, it could be just a bit brighter. I guess I'll have to get the brighter version some time.
